were set up in 1998, with the purpose of applying to be a Listed
Housing Agency Scheme (LHAS) with HDB. With the introduction of the
accreditation scheme to replace the Listed Housing Agency Scheme,

Estate Specialist
Pte Ltd is now an accredited agency known as
SAEA Agency (35/2006)
