YES - Your Estate Specialist was formed in 1997 by Benny Chan W T & Benson Leow H S with many years of experience.  It comprising YES Realty Pte Ltd and for Your Estate Specialist Pte Ltd was formed in 1998 with the sole purpose of applying to be a Listed Housing Agency Scheme (LHAS) with HDB to take advantage of the ResaleNet for faster processing application of resale flat. With the introduction of the accreditation scheme to replace the Listed Housing Agency Scheme, Your Estate Specialist Pte Ltd is now an accredited agency known as SAEA Agency (35/2006)
